ORDERS WITHIN INDIA:

• Free shipping.
• Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes.
• Delivery time: 3-4 days from the date of dispatch. 

ORDERS OUTSIDE INDIA:

• Shipping fee applicable based on weight and destination. Final shipping rate is calculated at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
• Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties, which will have to be paid by the recipient in order to release the order upon arrival.
• Delivery time: minimum 7 days from the date of dispatch. 

To return or exchange an item get in touch with our customer care within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and suggest the next steps accordingly.

Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. 

Custom made items can only be exchanged and are not eligible for refund.
