Please note that each product sold on this website is made to order, hence we do not have a return policy, but we have a 7 days one time exchange policy. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.

 

Exchange policy can be availed only one time on the same order. To exchange an item purchased on our website, please get in touch with our customer care within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and advise next steps accordingly. Please note, your exchange voucher will be issued only after receiving the items in the original condition.

 

Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
