RETURN & EXCHANGE
To return or exchange an item get in touch with our customer care within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and suggest the next steps accordingly.
Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Custom made items can only be exchanged and are not eligible for refund.
Sales items are not eligible for return or exchange.
